Andrew O’Shei

AI solutions architect whose technical career runs from live-show control systems, where failure isn't an option, to production AI for some of France's largest organizations. For the last five years at Sogeti (Capgemini Group), a global system integrator, I've taken enterprise GenAI from pre-sales discovery through solution architecture to production. After I built a Graph RAG system for Bouygues Telecom, Google Cloud France funded a showcase deployment to demo its use of Spanner Graph to other Google Cloud clients. I deliver 40+ technical sessions a year to clients and GSI colleagues, and I work in English and French with everyone from engineering teams to the C-suite.

Innovation Architect — AI & Robotics

Sogeti Labs (Capgemini Group) · Paris, France

  • Own engagements from pre-sales to production: technical discovery with client executives, solution architecture, business cases and deployment.
  • Deliver 40+ technical sessions a year to enterprise clients and GSI colleagues, covering AI capabilities, implementation patterns and strategic roadmaps for audiences from engineers to executives.
  • Shipped a call-analysis system for Sogetrel (~250K calls/year) on Whisper V3, a custom audio-analysis engine and GPT-4o. Built as a rapid prototype, it is still in production a year later.
  • Built Prompt Craft, an internal evaluation tool that tests prompt consistency across model versions and flags regressions before client deployment.

Tech Lead — AI & Robotics

Sogeti Labs (Capgemini Group) · Paris, France

  • Built an edge ML platform for real-time audience analytics at retail service stations.
  • Deployed an IoT solution at Google Cloud Space Paris integrating ESP32 and NFC/RFID for interactive client experiences.
Dec 2021 – Jun 2024

R&D Project Manager — Robotics, IoT & AI

Sogeti Labs (Capgemini Group) · Paris, France

  • Managed cross-functional teams delivering AI/ML projects for enterprise clients across telecom, energy and healthcare.
  • Owned the full project lifecycle from prototype to production; secured funding through technical proposals and stakeholder engagement.
  • Helped run Sogeti Labs' spring and fall hackathons in 2022 and 2023 (four events).

Graph RAG Multi-Agent System

Bouygues Telecom · Google Cloud France–funded showcase

Built and deployed a Graph RAG multi-agent system over 1.5M+ lines of enterprise code, scaling toward 5–10M, with custom agent orchestration on Vertex AI, Gemini, Spanner Graph, GKE and Pub/Sub. Use cases: retro-documentation, developer onboarding and code migration. Google Cloud France then funded a dedicated GCP deployment to demo the system to its other clients as an innovative use of Spanner Graph.

Gen AI Amplifier

Internal product — Sogeti

Contributed to an internal GenAI product now in production across Sogeti, augmenting quality engineers, project managers and product owners. Led the LLM and prompt-benchmarking framework: benchmark suites based on Sogeti's TMAP methodology, a prompt-versioning system to track regressions across model and prompt versions, and quality-evaluation criteria for QA use cases.

Agentic Content Pipeline

Independent project

A multi-agent system that sweeps 20+ sources, ranks and drafts with LLMs (Gemini and Claude) in a versioned house voice, routes every draft through human review, and publishes to three websites plus Bluesky, X and LinkedIn. Agents act only through a purpose-built MCP server, and every draft is tagged with its instruction version for evals.
